At Gift N Glow, we understand that timely delivery is an important part of your gifting experience. Whether you’re sending love across town or surprising someone special, we do our very best to ensure your items arrive fresh, beautifully presented, and as close as possible to your preferred time.
Pick up Orders
You are welcome to pick up your order from our studio in Merrylands.
The address will be confirmed for you closer to the date your order is required.
The available Pick up timeframe is 12pm-10pm Monday to Sunday.
Sydney Delivery
We offer hand delivery across Sydney metro areas, from our studio in Merrylands.
Preferred Timeframes
While we do our absolute best to deliver as close as possible to your requested time, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our team manages multiple deliveries each day, and Sydney traffic and unforeseen delays are sometimes unavoidable.
To help ensure timely delivery, we recommend:
- Ordering early (especially during busy periods like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day)
- Providing detailed delivery instructions (gate codes, unit numbers, etc.)
- Ensuring the recipient will be available at the delivery location if time-sensitive
What Happens if No One is Home?
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:
- We will attempt to call the recipient or sender to confirm if there’s a safe place to leave the item.
- If deemed safe, the delivery will be left at the premises (e.g. doorstep, porch, reception, etc.).
- If access is restricted (e.g. a locked gate, apartment with no concierge, etc.) and we’re unable to reach anyone, the order will be returned to our studio.
In these cases:
- A redelivery fee will apply, or
- You may organise a pick-up from our Merrylands studio at no additional charge.
Once the item is successfully delivered or left in a safe place, Gift N Glow is not responsible for any damage, theft, or issues that may occur afterward.
Shipping FAQs
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Sydney metro areas. Some items (such as non-perishable gifts and hampers) can be shipped Australia-wide.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery across Sydney for orders placed before 12pm AEST. After this cutoff, delivery will be made on the next business day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and item. You can view the delivery cost at checkout after entering your delivery postcode. We also offer: free delivery for orders over $200, same day delivery for $25 and a flat rate of $20 across Sydney metro.
Can I schedule delivery for a future date?
Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We recommend ordering early during peak periods (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
We offer weekend deliveries in Sydney, especially for special occasions. Public holiday deliveries are limited — please contact us to confirm availability.
