What is Gift N Glow?
Gift N Glow is your go-to destination for beautiful gifts, custom hampers, and fresh flowers. We are based in Merrylands, Sydney and proudly deliver across the Sydney region. Selected items are also available for shipping Australia-wide.
What kind of products do you sell?
We specialise in:

ORDERS & CUSTOMISATION
Can I customise my hamper or flower arrangement?
Absolutely! Many of our hampers and flower products are customisable. Simply leave your notes at checkout or contact us to personalise your order. We love helping you create the perfect gift.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Select your item, customise if needed, choose your delivery date, and proceed to checkout. For special requests or last-minute orders, feel free to contact us.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Sydney metro areas. Some items (such as non-perishable gifts and hampers) can be shipped Australia-wide.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery across Sydney for orders placed before 12pm AEST. After this cutoff, delivery will be made on the next business day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and item. You can view the delivery cost at checkout after entering your delivery postcode. We also offer: free delivery for orders over $200, same day delivery for $25 and a flat rate of $20 across Sydney metro.
Can I schedule delivery for a future date?
Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We recommend ordering early during peak periods (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
We offer weekend deliveries in Sydney, especially for special occasions. Public holiday deliveries are limited — please contact us to confirm availability.
PRODUCT & CARE
How are the hampers and flowers packaged?
All our products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive beautifully presented and in perfect condition. Flowers are delivered fresh in water or boxed, depending on your selection.
How long will the flowers last?
Our fresh flowers typically last 5-14 days with proper care. Each order comes with flower care instructions to help your blooms stay fresher longer.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand things change! Please contact us as soon as possible to adjust your order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order (or before dispatch) for a full refund. Fresh flower orders can only be cancelled with a minimum notice of 48 hours.
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
We always aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your delivery, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.
